Pilot Settings

Set up your Profile, Salary, Goals and Signature

Pilot Settings allows you to set up your basic details, default home airport, salary details, goal and signature. You can access it by going to Settings tab and Pilot Settings. All your details are kept private on device and synced securely through iCloud.


  1. Pilot Details

  • Pilot: Setup your name. Name will be printed on the first page of PDF export

  • Crew Code: Set your crew code. Some importers rely on correct crew code to assign your role correctly (Ryanair import)

  • License: Set your license number: License number will be printed on the first page of PDF export

  • Pilot Position: Set your pilot position. Some importers rely on correct pilot position to assign your role correctly

  • Home Airport: Set your home airport in ICAO. Newly created flights will start from the home airport



  1. Salary Settings

You can find more information on Salary statistics in General Statistics section

  • Set your salary data for salary calculation. Your data is kept private and securely synced through iCloud.

  • Basic Salary: Set your basic salary per month

  • Block Rate: Set your rate per block total (Out to In). Note: You can set rate per aircraft (registration) in which case the rate for the aircraft will override

  • Use scheduled blocks: Mark if scheduled block times should be used in the calculation. If the scheduled block times are missing on a flight, Logger will use the actual times instead

  • Sector Rate: Set your rate per flight

  • Distance Rate: Set rate per Nautical Mile

  • Duty Rate: Set rate per hour of duty

  • Currency: Select your salary currency



  1. Goals and Signature

  • You can set goal hours for different function times. Your goals will be displayed on Statistics page. You can find more information on Goals in General Statistics section.

  • You can set up your Signature. Signature is used to sign PDF Exports on each page (this can be switched off as required prior to export)
